The Space

A remarkable and unique Victorian factory built around the turn of the 20th Century. It is neatly situated in a secure, private and off road courtyard location in Central North London. The natural light is outstanding, the feel: so gently beautiful.

The upper floor, as pictured, is approximately 1600 sq. ft. divided into two rooms. They are joined by original glazed doors, and surrounded on three sides by sash & casement windows.

The nature of the walls and ceilings allows you to put up your own props and fixtures.

Each room has plenty of discreet in-floor sockets, ceiling level sockets and 3 phase supply.
